REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at Tricountysaws@gmail.com.

 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. The item will need to be processed to ensure it is a valid return before payments will be refunded. However, if the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), there will be no restocking fee charged.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning the item. However, if the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), we will reimburse the shipping costs.

 

In addition to our return policy, we also offer a 6 month warranty on all of our handheld products. If an item becomes defective within 6 months of purchase, please contact us and we will either repair, replace the item, or send replacement parts at no additional cost to you. This does not include items that have a lifespan that may be under 6 months due to wear and tear (e.g chainsaw chains or guide bars).

 

Please note that our return policy and warranty do not cover damages that occur as a result of misuse or improper handling of the product.

 

We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the restocking fee, once we receive and process the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
